Ingredients
- 1 large organic apple, peeled and cored
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Ice
Instructions
