Summer is calling and all I can think about are refreshing cocktails, especially the frozen kind! There’s just something so fun and satisfying about a boozy slushy on a hot day. I’ve shared some amazing frozen cocktails in the past, like my Piña Colada and my popular Lemon Mojito . But this Frozen Aperol Spritz might just be my new summer go-to!

How to Make this Easy Frozen Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- Orange juice:Â Adds a bright citrus punch.

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Blend using a high-speed blender until smooth and slushy, about 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately in chilled coupe glasses. Garnish with a slice of orange or rosemary sprig for an extra touch (optional).

Variations
- Don’t have Aperol? You can substitute Campari for a slightly stronger, bitter flavor.

Easy Frozen Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- 6 ounces Orange Juice
- 6 ounces Aperol
- 4 ounces Prosecco
- 4 cups ice cubes
- Rosemary springs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender: orange juice, Aperol, Prosecco  and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and slushy, about 30 seconds. You may need more ice cubes if the mixture isn’t thick enough.
- Pour the frozen spritz into chilled glasses. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, if desired.
