Ingredients

For the chia pudding:

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 3/4 cups nut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple

For the granita

  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup maple
  • Condensed milk for topping, optional

Instructions

For the chia pudding:

  1. Stir all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Leave for 15-30 min to thicken up, stirring a couple of times until it sets evenly. ⠀⠀

For the Passion Fruit Granita:

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine all ingredients and whisk until it thickens a bit. Transfer to a square metal pan, allow to cool and freeze for at least 4 hours. Scrape with a fork into flaky crystals. ⠀⠀⠀
