Ingredients

  • 1 large organic apple peeled and cored
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, and pure until smooth.
  • Drink right away!
