Ingredients
2cupscanned coconut milk
1/2cupchia seeds
2tbspcocoa powder
2tbspspecial dark cocoa powderoptional
1/4cupmaple syrup
Toppings:
Cacao nibs
Dark chocolate chipssuch as Enjoy Life
Coconut Chips
Cherries
Instructions
Place chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder and dark cocoa powder in a bowl and whisk until fully combined.
Let sit for 15-20 minutes to thicken up, stirring a couple of times.
Once it's thickened, top with chocolate chips, cacao nibs, coconut chips and cherries!
