Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oat milk or preferred non-dairy milk
  • 10 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Toppings
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Non-dairy peanut butter chips
  • Cocoa nibs
  • Granola
  • Berries

Instructions

  • In a large bowl. stir all ingredients (except toppings) together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with an extra dollop of yogurt. Top with berries, granola, cocoa nibs, if desired.
