Easy Frozen Aperol Spritz

This Easy Frozen Aperol Spritz is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day. This slushy twist on the Italian classic combines Aperol with orange juice and lots of ice. It's incredibly easy to make so you can whip up a batch in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Orange Juice
  • 6 ounces Aperol
  • 4 ounces Prosecco
  • 4 cups ice cubes
  • Rosemary springs for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender: orange juice, Aperol, Prosecco  and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and slushy, about 30 seconds. You may need more ice cubes if the mixture isn't thick enough.
  • Pour the frozen spritz into chilled glasses. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, if desired.
