This Easy Frozen Aperol Spritz is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day. This slushy twist on the Italian classic combines Aperol with orange juice and lots of ice. It's incredibly easy to make so you can whip up a batch in minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender: orange juice, Aperol, Prosecco and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and slushy, about 30 seconds. You may need more ice cubes if the mixture isn't thick enough.
Pour the frozen spritz into chilled glasses. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, if desired.
