In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients; flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, add the eggs and whisk. Add melted and cooled butter, yogurt and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture bowl and stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips and gently stir until combined. Don't over mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow the batter to rest for 30-45 minutes before cooking.
Pour 1/2 cup of batter into greased 8-inch non-stick pan. Cook for 4 minutes or until bubbles start forming, and then flip over. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until all batter has been used.
Serve warm and top with fresh whipped cream, maple syrup and extra chocolate chips.
