Creamy and delicious Oat Milk Latte with Lavender Syrup to give your regular coffee a sweet dairy-free kick.

Ingredients
1cupoat milk
2tbsplavender syrup
2shots espressoor freshly brewed coffee
lavender syrup
1cupwater
2cupssugar
2tbsplavender buds
topping
1tsplavender buds
1/2tspbee pollen
Instructions
Froth oat milk using the Nespresso Aeroccino Frother.
Pour the lavender syrup (as desired), coffee and oat milk. Top with lavender buds and bee pollen.
To make the Lavender Syrup
In a small saucepan, bring water, lavender and sugar to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Allow to cool. Pour into a glass jar and store in a cool place.
