Description
Ponche Crema (Venezuelan Eggnog) is an easy and delicious traditional holiday drink. This recipe is super simple to make with just 4 ingredients so you can enjoy a creamy, rich eggnog in no time!
Ingredients
- 1 box (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup rum, optional
Instructions
- Following the instructions on the Instant Vanilla Pudding box, combine the pudding mix with 2 cups of whole milk. Whisk until incorporated. Set aside and allow to thicken for 5 minutes.
- To a blender, add the pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and rum, if using.
- Blend for 2-5 minutes until well combined. Transfer to a glass bottle and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Make Ahead Instructions: Ponche Crema can be made a day in advance.
- Storage: store in a glass bottle, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
