How to make an Apple & Oat Breakfast Smoothie
Easy and quick! You’re going to need a few ingredients and of course, a blender! Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 large organic apple, peeled and cored
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Ice
Blend together and serve! Makes 4.

Hi! Is this there anything I can substitute for the banana or can I leave it out entirely?
You’d want to add something to thicken up the smoothie like avocado, soaked cashews, coconut cream, yogurt, etc.
