Creamy Chocolate Chia Pudding (Vegan & Gluten-free)
Deliciously creamy chocolate chia pudding ready in 15 minutes. The perfect snack to curb mid-afternoon cravings! It’s vegan, gluten-free and sweetened with maple syrup.
This Chocolate Chia pudding is my go-to breakfast or mid-afternoon snack. I like to make a batch and enjoy it throughout the week. What I love about it is that it takes about 15 minutes to make, it’s vegan and gluten-free, and doesn’t taste healthy!
Chia Pudding Toppings
Adding yogurt makes it extra creamy, almost pudding-like. Toppings are optional, but highly encouraged! Make sure whatever you add fits your specific diet (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free). But also, don’t obsess over it, live a little! 😉
Some of my favorites include:
- Coconut flakes
- Granola
- Peanut butter chips
- Chocolate chips
PS: this recipe was featured in the May issue of ORIGIN Magazine!
